Terms of Service

By creating an account or using FlexiBill, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use FlexiBill.

FlexiBill is a live-selling companion platform for Filipino live-selling entrepreneurs. Sellers livestream elsewhere (e.g. Facebook, TikTok) and use FlexiBill alongside their live to manage inventory, take orders, generate bills, track payments, and manage fulfillment. FlexiBill is not a video-hosting or livestreaming platform.

A seller account is the primary account for a business. A seller may invite a limited number of assistant accounts with permission-scoped access, depending on their plan. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide. Only one active login session per account is permitted at a time.

FlexiBill offers Basic and Pro subscription plans with different feature limits. Plan upgrades are currently arranged manually — you contact us to arrange payment for your FlexiBill subscription, and we activate the upgrade once payment is confirmed. FlexiBill does not process payments on your subscription automatically.

This is separate from the payment-tracking tools FlexiBill provides for your own sales to your buyers (billing, payment-proof uploads, payment status). FlexiBill only helps you record and track those payments — it does not process, hold, or guarantee them. You're responsible for verifying that you actually received payment from your own buyers.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the inventory, orders, and bills you create in FlexiBill, and for lawfully collecting and handling your own buyers' personal data (see the Privacy Policy's section on sellers' responsibility for buyer data). You agree to use FlexiBill only for lawful purposes and not to sell prohibited or illegal goods through the platform.

We may suspend or terminate an account for violating these terms, for non-payment of a subscription, or for suspected fraudulent or abusive activity. You may stop using FlexiBill at any time.

FlexiBill is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlexiBill is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

The FlexiBill name, branding, and software are owned by FlexiBill. Your own business data (inventory, orders, buyer records) remains yours.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

We may update these terms as the platform changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
